"Vilma was rude and extremely unprofessional. She was yelling and telling me not to talk. She said that she wasn't going to help me. I've been with sate farm for 25+ years and I've never experienced such rude behavior. I go on a monthly basis and everyone was new. Hope they get back the original staff, cuz Vilma's was not setting a good example on how to treat a customer. I felt like I was arguing with a out of control juvenile."
